Job Description: Relationship Officer Liability Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for liability products, including savings accounts, current accounts, and term deposits.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell the bank’s liability products to potential customers through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand the financial needs of clients and provide suitable banking solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on banking products.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future sales plans.
