Punjab School Education Department Teacher Jobs 2024 New School Council Policy
For all those who are searching for the educators jobs 2024 in school education department Punjab, here is the breaking news about new recruitment policy. Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat tweets about the upcoming teaching jobs in schools. There will be new hiring in all govt schools of Punjab.
The new thing is that this time hiring will be done on school basis. Members of school council and Headmaster of school will hire the teachers. The committee will decide the number of vacancies in schools. The salary of those teachers will be given from school fund known as NSB.
Chairman Education Minister Monitoring Cell Punjab Dr. Waqas A Khan has tweeted about this new policy of recruitment on social media. According to his post on Facebook and twitter we can assume that there will be no permanant and regular hiring in Punjab. Only Temporary and contract based hirings will be done on village and school levels. His official facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/WorldWaqas.
On the other hand Minister Education Rana Sikandar Hayat has also posted same views. He said that we are reforming & empowering School Councils with a budgetary allocation of funds up to 5 million. Comprising student parents & respected members of civil society, these councils will be instrumental in tackling diverse issues, such as recruiting young teachers & addressing facility gaps. Through fostering collaboration between schools & pertinent stakeholders we aim to elevate the quality of education provided to our children.

PSED Teacher Jobs 2024 New Recruitment Policy and School Council
We are informing our readers that do not follow the previous educators policy of 2018 etc. There will be new policy and school council will be the hiring committee. All new hirings will be on contract basis. There will be no pension and other benefits like annual increment or budget allowances. These new teachers will get daily wages salary after each month from school funds.
If you are looking for permanant and regular job in teaching department then its over. According to Dr. Waqas there is complete ban on new regular hirings. All new jobs are now contract basis. Even the SSEs and AEOs of 2014 to 2018 are not regular and there is no chance of their regularizations.
Merit Formula for Educators Jobs 2024 by School Council
There will be no siasi bharti at all. Proper merit formula will be prepared and school council will follow that formula for recuitment of new educators in schools. So we advise our readers who are waiting for new vacancies that they should prepare themselves for test and interviews.
The merit formula will be given by School Education Department and it will be applicable in whole Punjab. All School councils will follow that criteria. If we make an idea than there will be 80% marks of degree marks from matric to master or mphil and 20% will be reserved for written test and interviews.
