Candidates for the post of Professor & Associate Professor are required to fill the application form in MS Word and submit three copies of CV and attested copies of testimonials in both hard and soft form (CD/DVD). whereas, the applicants applying for all other posts shall submit one hard copy of above mentioned documents, complete in all respects.
Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application with necessary documents, complete in all respects. Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
Application fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 3000/- for BPS-20 & above, Rs. 2000/- for BPS-17 to 19, Rs. 500/- for BPS-16 and Rs. 300/- for BPS-06 to 15 must be paid in favor of the Treasurer, University of Chakwal, in form of Bank Draft.
Two most recent passport size photographs (Blue Background) should be affixed on each application.
Candidates already in service of a Government / Semi Government Department or an Autonomous Body shall apply through proper channel by the due dates; otherwise their applications shall not be entertained.
As per Govt. policy, General Age Relaxation for Males upto 05 years and for Females upto 08 years in upper age limit is allowed for not-teaching positions. Applications on prescribed form complete in all respect along with necessary documents must reach to the office of the Deputy Registrar within 20 days after the date of advertisement. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained; even if posted before the closing date.
No application shall be received by hand & Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the post(s) according to the need of the University and reserves the rights not to fill/ withdraw any post without assigning any reason.
