Important Announcement of Holiday for Schools and Offices in Rawalpindi
The Deputy Commissioner’s Office Rawalpindi has declared 22 March 2022 Tuesday as the local holiday in Rawalpindi City Only on account of the 48th Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) 2022.

The following official notification issued on Wednesday 16 March 2022 announced the local holiday in Rawalpindi.
The Competent Authority has declared Tuesday, the 22 March 2022 as Public Holiday in the territory of Tehsil Rawalpindi/ Rawalpindi Cantonments on the occasion of the 48 Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) conference being held in Islamabad on 23 March Pakistan Day Parade in the larger public interest.
There will be also a holiday on 23 March as Pakistan Day will be celeberated.
This year Pakistan will host the 48th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) under the agenda of “Building Partnerships for Unity, Justice, and Development” from 22 to 24 March in Islamabad.
