Complete list of Luxury Imported Items Banned by Govt of Pakistan
Govt of Pakistan has banned the import of nonessential luxury items to stabilize the economy and dollar rate which crossed 200 PKR.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has announced this decision in a recent press conference.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif tweeted that the decision to ban the import of luxury goods will save the country’s precious foreign exchange. We will strictly adhere to austerity. Financially well-off people must set an example in the national campaign to save their financially distressed compatriots from the fire of inflation that the PTI government has set on fire.
As Cars & other luxury automobiles with mobile phones are in prominent banned items but here is a list of all luxury items banned by Govt.
