FBISE Announces Date Sheet for Annual Matric Exams

In a recent development, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education FBISE announces the date sheet schedule for Secondary School Certification ( SSC) annual exams for part I and part II.

Annual exams for SSC part I will start on 28 April and finish on 22 May. On the other hand, SSC part-II exams will start on 27 April and end on 20 May 2023. Practical exams for Matric part -I and part – II will start on 23 May.

The paper will start at 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM ( Morning Shift) and for the Evening shift it will start at 02:00 PM – 05:00 PM.

The arrival of students will be at 8:30 AM / 1:30 PM ( Morning / Evening). Closing of students’ entry in the exam hall will be at 8:55 AM / 1:55 PM ( Morning / Evening). The paper will commence at 9:00 AM / 2:00 PM ( Morning / Evening) respectively.

The Federal Directorate of Education ( FDE) also changes the schedule for spring vacations in all educational institutes operating under its jurisdiction. Now the spring holidays will observe from 17 April to 20 April. The KPK Government announced the Spring Vacations schedule yesterday.

Earlier before the start of Ramadan, the FDE also changed the school timings for the holy month of Ramadan. According to the new timing schedule, Single-shift institutes operate from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday to Thursday while they close at 12:00 PM on Friday.

While the Morning shift in double-shift schools is held from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Monday to Friday. The evening shift in double-shift institutes is held from 12:45 PM to 5:15 PM on Monday to Thursday. It starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 5:15 PM on Friday.

The paper will start at 9:00 AM for the morning shift and 2:00 PM for the evening shift.

FBISE 9th class annual exams will start on 28 April and end on 27 May.
