New School Timings in Islamabad Due to Heatwave in Pakistan. The Federal Directorate of Education has issued a notification of new school timings in Islamabad under the Federal Ministry of Education.

In this letter, the ministry said that I am directed to state with reference to advice received from the Competent Authority that there shall be no classes (remedial/revision) for all students from Montessori-V w.e.f. 16th May 2022 and until the next Academics Session.

Timings for examination are revised with immediate effect and shall be observed as 08:00 AM to 11:00 AMoo am for rest of the ongoing examinations. These timings are applicable to both Centralized Examinations of Classes V-VIII and all in-house examinations for the rest of the grades.

This is issued with the approval of the Director-General (FDE).

There is no announcement of summer vacations yet in Islamabad & Punjab.

While in Punjab the heatwave is at its peak but there is no relaxation the time announced yet.
