Punjab BISE Boards Tentative Exams Plans Due to Corona COVID-19

Punjab Higher Education Commission wrote a letter to Chairman Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) for Making Tentative Plans for Higher Education Exams including FA FSC Intermediate & Graduate level exams including BA Bsc & other related exams.

So this is an alert for all students that they should be ready for their delayed exams as in letter it is written that Corona Virus Pandemic COVID-19 is unpredictable so PBCC should plan in different scenarios with Plan A, Plan B & Plan C.

In the letter Section Officer Boards said that

“I am directed to state that Punjab Government, owing to the relentless spread of Corona Covid-19 Pandemic, announced lock-down of the Province, which was further extended up to 14.04.2020 and now can be upt0 21 April 2020. All remaining papers / examinations / Central Marking were cancelled forthwith. The normalization of this prevailing situation is un-predictable. However, all the Boards should be prepared with Plan A, B and C, upon post lock-down scenario, so that the remaining papers / examination may be conduct. Timely / smoothly.

I am therefore, directed to request you to kindly lake the following actions immediately:

1) Chalk out Plan A, B & C, upon post lock-down scenario, in consultation with the Chairpersons of all Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Punjab to conduct the remaining papers / examination and share the same with Higher Education Department.

 2) All the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education are required to share the SOPs / steps taken to ensure secrecy / security of the papers at the centres, In order to avoid any untoward incident.”

So Parho Pakistan is making awareness for students so that they should be mentally prepared for their exams. Because they are thinking relaxed about their examinations.

This tentative alert is for all boards under Punjab including BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Lahore, BISE Sargodha, BISE Bahawalpur, BISE DG Khan, BISE Faisalabad, BISE Gujranwala, BISE Lahore, BISE Multan & BISE Sahiwal. This is also for students of BA Bsc of Punjab University, Gujrat University, Sargodha University & Other Public Sector Universities under Punjab Government & Affiliated colleges.

So it is intimated that all students of these BISE boards & Universities should revise their syllabus for their examinations.
