Pakistan Television Network PTV Officially tweeted on their official Twitter account about the Eid ul Fitr Holidays which are starting from 2 May 2022 to 5 May 2022.
Although this notification shows that holidays are starting from 3 May but in this notification it is also clear that these holidays are subject to the sighting of the moon.
As this year Ramadan starts on 3 May 2022 and Eid ul Fitr day should be 3 May so it is clear that Govt will issue an official notification that will state that eid ul Fitr holidays 2022 will start from 2nd May and will be up to 5 May 2022.
This year 1st May is on Sunday so the labor day holiday will be on Sunday and then 2 May is Monday but is the 30th Ramdan so it will be a sure holiday whole 3 May will be Eid ul Fitr so it will be also sure holiday and then 4 & 5 May are Eid Second and third day so they will be also holidays. Then after these holidays Friday 6th May 2022 will be a working day.
Eid ul Fitr Holidays in all Public and Private Schools are starting from 2nd May to 5th May 2022. Eid ul Fitr Holidays in all Public and Private Colleges and Universities are starting from 2nd May to 5th May 2022. Eid ul Fitr Holidays in all Banks are starting from 2nd May to 5th May 2022.
