There are 03 options to avail of this service. Log on to the FBISE website, and download Bank Challan Form from the FBISE website (www.fbise.edu.pk) for fee payment in the nearest online HBL branch. After fee payment, fill in the Online Application Form for verification of the document in all respects. If your documents are from prior to the 1990 examination, you are required to send a scanned copy of your document on any of the following:

There is no need for submission of a scanned copy of the Result Card/Certificate if a candidate appeared and passed after 1990.
OR Download the Application Form for Verification of Result Card/Certificate from the FBISE website, complete in all respects including fee payment, and send it to Secretary FBISE along with two unattested photocopies of the Result Card/Certificate to be verified. A copy of the Bank Challan Form (Board’s Copy) must be attached to the application.
OR Visit the One Window Cell of FBISE, and complete the application form available at OWC Print the Bank Challan form through KIOSK Machine available at OWC. Deposit the fee in HBL which is located in FBISE premises and submit the document at OWC. Your documents shall be issued instantly (within half an hour).

Deposit the requisite fee by bank challan @ Rs.630/- per paper in any HBL branch within Pakistan, then send the application complete in all respects along with Board’s Copy of bank challan in original to the Controller of Examinations (Secrecy) FBISE, H-8/4, Islamabad, Pakistan.
IN CASE OF ABROAD In case of an Abroad candidate, the fee will be deposited (@ US$ 20/- per paper) in any allocated bank branches in a country Abroad/EFT (Electronically Fund Transfer), the application complete in all respects will be sent to the Controller of Examinations (Secrecy) FBISE, H-8/4, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Q#05 Can I see my answer scripts?
Yes, a candidate has the right to see his/her answer script(s) to the extent of identification only on fixed date and time conveyed through SMS or letter sent by the Board. Only the candidate has the right to identify his/her answer script (s) for which he/she has applied for rechecking. Reassessment is NOT allowed in any case.
