Print out FPSC Challan Form

Now you have 4 parts of a FPSC Challan Form.

First we fill First part of Challan Form

1. Now as per above picture Enter Bank’s Name like NBP
2. Enter Bank’s branch code e.g. 0577
3. Enter the name of District of that Branch e.g. Lahore
4. Write your own Name
5. Write your own CNIC Number
6. Skip the Secretary Box
7. Write the Case No. of Jobs for which you are applying. e.g. Case No. F.4-7/2020-R
8. Write the name of Post e.g. Assistant Director
9. Write Fee in Figures & Words like 300/- & Three Hundred

2nd,3rd & 4th Part of Challan Form

You should notice that the other three parts are same like part 1. Now you have to fill these 3 parts just like Part 1 as described above by Parho Pakistan.

Filled out Example of FPSC Challan Form

Now after Filling all parts of FPSC Challan Form you will go to Bank in which you want to subit your Challan Form. Bank officer will submit your challan form and will return 1 or 2 copies of challan form and will keep 2 or 3 parts in bank. You have to keep safe your receipt. You will be asked for that receipt of challan in test & interview.

Tip:- Fill the Branch Code when you reached in that branch.
