How to Use Punjab Schools SICA App – School Image Collection Application
SICA , which stands for School Images Collection App by the School Education Department (SED), is designed to facilitate the comprehensive documentation of school facilities. This app is launched by SED and PMIU. It is not announced by PITB. You can download it from the below link option.
This app empowers users to capture detailed images of school infrastructure effortlessly. These images can be categorized, tagged, and utilized for various purposes such as maintenance assessment, renovation planning, or promotional showcasing.
How to Use Punjab Schools SICA App
Follow these steps to use SICA Application.
Upon launching the SICA – SED App, you’ll be greeted with a user-friendly interface designed to
streamline the process of capturing and managing images of school infrastructure.
The SICA App is your School EMIS Code and the password is the Same SIS Application Password of school can be used on SICA App.
To begin, sign in with valid user name (school EMIS code) and Password (shared over the email). Once logged in, user will have access to the main dashboard where user can start capturing images.
To capture an image of school facilities, simply tap on the facility icon, within the app. You’ll be prompted to allow access to your device’s camera if you haven’t already done so.
Once granted, user will capture images against the dedicated placeholder, aiming camera at the desired facility or infrastructure and capture the image.
