Difference Between GPA, CGPA, in-Major GPA, and Faculty GPA

You must have heard this question often in the university; students seem to ask each other what is your GPA. You are often looked at in a questioning manner because the grades are named slightly differently, such as GPA, CGPA, Major GPA, or Faculty GPA.
