Students can check their Matric SSC 2nd Annual Supply Result on 13th December 2022 at 10 AM.
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education BISE Sahiwal conducted the 2nd annual examination in the month of October – November. After the annual result declaration, those students who failed in full or in partial subjects were provided a chance to reappear in 2nd annual examinations. The students whose marks are less than their expectations also appeared to improve their marks through Matric 2nd annual examinations.
The concept of 2nd annual exams is introduced this year by PBCC. Before this, it was called supplementary exams. Recently a new policy is introduced and the supplementary exams’ name changed to 2nd annual exams. The benefit of this change is that from now Result card will be mentioned with 1st Annual and 2nd Annual. In this way, all students will have confidence in the annual examinations.

The main functions of BISE Sahiwal are, to ensure the smooth conduct of Secondary and Higher Secondary examinations, an affiliation with private and Public Schools and Colleges, Registration of new students for conducting their exams, issuing NOC to students who want to go study outside of the BISE Sahiwal jurisdiction, Rechecking of marks and Papers, Providing Result Cards, Migration Cards, and other activities to ensure and conduct fair examinations.
