Manager Disaster Risk Financing

Maximum Age: 57 years
Responsibilities: Lead NDRMF’s work on the National Disaster Risk Financing Strategy, coordinate stakeholders, and manage the development of Disaster Financing Instruments.
Qualifications: Minimum of 16 years of education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in disaster risk financing, financial management, climate finance, or similar roles, with 3-5 years of specific experience.

Manager Project Preparation Facility

Maximum Age: 57 years
Responsibilities: Operationalize goals, provide technical support to partners, and ensure the preparation of feasible and bankable projects.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science/Engineering, or a related field. PhD is preferred.
Experience: 7 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in project preparation or disaster risk management.

Manager Stakeholder and Donor Coordination

Maximum Age: 57 years
Responsibilities: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, international agencies, and government entities.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. A PhD is an added advantage.
Experience: 7 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in donor coordination or stakeholder engagement.

Manager Monitoring & Reporting

Maximum Age: 57 years
Responsibilities: Lead monitoring and reporting of NDRMF projects, ensuring proper collection and dissemination of data related to performance.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Business Administration, Development Studies, or Social Sciences.
Experience: 7 years of professional experience in monitoring and reporting, with 3-5 years in disaster risk management or development sectors.
