Official Notification of Pension Increase for Govt Employees of Punjab 2022

Punjab Government Notification regarding the increase in Pension has been officially issued by Finance Secretary of Punjab Finance Department. An increase of 10% in the net pension is announced with effect from 01 April 2022. All civil pensioners of the Punjab Government will get an increase of 10% in their net pension.

The 10% increase in pension will also be admissible to the pensioners who would retire on or after 01 April 2022. The increase will also be admissible on a family pension granted under the Pension – cum – Gratuity Scheme, 1954 , liberalized Pension Rules, 1977 , on pension sanctioned under the Punjab Civil Services Pension Rules as well as on the Compassionate Allowance.
