Official Notification of Punjab Employees Salary for 35pc

Punjab Govt has announced revised pay increments for Govt employees. Now all govt employees of Punjab will get 35pc increase on their running basic pay from 1st August 2023.

There is a point in which it is mentioned that ” The term basic pay for the purpose of ad-hoc relief allowance 2023 will also include the amount of personal pay granted on account of the annual increments.

This point means that those employees who are getting their basic salary on last stage will get personal pay allowance increment also. For example Mr. Ali is one last salary stage then he will get 35pc on his personal pay which he get on the annual increments.

All employees of Bps-01 to bps-16 will get 35pc increments and bps 17 to bps 22 will get 30pc ad-hoc relief allowance from 1st August 2023.

Pensions of retired employees is also 17.5 pc from 1st August 2023.
