Subjects and Number of Positions
PECTAA has developed a new curriculum for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) to Grade 5. The curriculum is built on clearly defined Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) that progress gradually across grades. Subjects such as Urdu and Social Studies are matched to the local setting, and the curriculum also covers life skills, digital literacy, STEM and Artificial Intelligence. Teachers will be trained through a blended model of face to face training and online training on the Learning Management System (LMS). The Developers and Reviewers will prepare the training materials for this training.

Who Can Apply: Qualification and Experience
Qualification. You need at least a Master’s degree, which means 16 years of education, in the relevant subject. For ECCE, a Master’s degree or a diploma in ECCE or Early Childhood Education is required. The professional qualification is B.Ed, M.Ed or MA Education.
Experience. You need a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Out of this, at least 3 years of experience should be in the following work:
- Developing face to face training materials, including Trainer Manuals, Trainee Manuals and Handouts, preferably at the primary level.
- Developing LMS based content, including storyboarding, interactive activities, video scripting, online assessments and micro level LMS entry of each activity.
You should also have a sound understanding of SLO based curriculum, activity based learning and adult learning principles, with a good command of written English and Urdu.
Work You Will Do
Selected Developers and Reviewers will perform the tasks assigned by PECTAA. The main tasks given in the advertisement are:
