Application forms and online deposit slips are available on the Open Testing Service (OTS) website www.ots.org.pk. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may apply online directly on the OTS website.
After Online Application Print out Application Form and Deposit Slip. Submit the deposit slip to the bank and then attach slip with the form and send them to the following address.
