Punjab School Education Department Notification Regarding Conduct of DPCs Meetings
Punjab School Education Department issued a Notification Regarding the Conduct of DPCs meetings in a year. According to the notification, the Competent authority has shown serious concern over the non – implementation of the directions regarding conducting at least 2 meetings of DPC in a year.
The letter has been issued to all Chief Executive Officers ( DEAs) to provide their respective District’s status of DPCs meeting records w.e.f 01.01.2022 to 20.06.2022 in the following format.

The information should send to the concerned office by 22 June 2022 before the close of the Office. The soft coy of reports may also be sent on [email protected]. The authorities treating this matter as an Urgent Matter.
