Salary Increase for Teachers and Staff of Punjab School Education Department
Punjab School Education Department DPI Officer writing a letter to the Secretary for issuance of charge allowance and teaching allowance. These allowances will be given to Administrative Staff and teaching staff.
In the Administrative staff, there are multiple officers including DPI, Assistant Directors, CEOs, DEOs, AEOs, Dy DEOs and Headmasters / Headmistresses. In teaching staff, there are 3 categories, PST / ESE, SESE / EST, and SSE / SST.

It Is an admitted fact that the burning and increasing trend of high prices of all things makes it very difficult for employees to survive.
The public sector administrative staff is striving for its level best to uplift the standard of quality education There Is no attractive Incentive like utility allowance that boosts up the level of motivation and to improve their performance of staff.
Now, in order to facilitate our staff and to improve their performance. the need of the current era is to enhance their Charge Allowance and teachers’ allowance.

All Officers will get these allowances according to their categories. Teachers will get 10,000 allowance names as teaching allowance per month.
