The applicant shall write the number of his/her bank challan / online transaction on his / her application form. The detail of the amount is mentioned on the below poster.
The filled form, along with the attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC and passport size colored photographs, and original bank challan / DD / PO of paid processing fee must reach the given address.
