For all Lecturer posts, a candidate must not have a third division in his or her whole academic career. However, a candidate holding a PhD in the relevant field with not more than one third division in the entire academic career is also eligible. Degrees only from HEC recognised universities and degree awarding institutions will be considered, and foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
