Send the Application Form with CNIC Attested Copy, Attested Photo, Domicile Attested Copy on the nearest ASF Center through any TCS, Post Office etc.
Complete Physical Fintess Form / Medical Test Form and Original CNIC will be checked on Physical Test Day. Don’t Attach Physical Fintess Form / Medical Test Form with Application Form.
