Send the Application Form with CNIC Attested Copy, Attested Photo, Domicile Attested Copy on the nearest ASF Center through any TCS, Post Office etc.

Complete Physical Fintess Form / Medical Test Form and Original CNIC will be checked on Physical Test Day. Don’t Attach Physical Fintess Form / Medical Test Form with Application Form.

Push ups	22 in 2 Mints
Sit ups	22 in 2 Mints

Age Relaxation Categories.

• 15 years for Retired forces persons
• 10 years for all Govt Employees
• 03 years for Balochistan, Fata, AJK, GB , Sindh Rural & Minority Candidates
• 05 years for inservice death employees childrens
