Almarai Grading System for Employees

Almarai categorize the employees in different grades. The smallest grade is E-1 ( which is usually for helper / cleaner / loader).

The E-2 grade is for salesman , Stock controller clerk and accounting technicians.The E-3 grade is for accounting officer , pre-sellers and lead merchandisers.

E-4 grade is for sales supervisor and Senior accounting officer. E-5 grade is for Accountant , lead sales supervisor and IT administrator.

E-6 and E-7 grades are for supervisor levels. All manager fall in M category which is from M-1 to M-5.The M-5 is the country manager post. All managers are entitle for public shares of Almarai.
