Chairman PTI Imran Khan Sentenced to 3 years Imprisonment and Fine
The session court sentenced PTI Chairman Toshakhana case to 3 years imprisonment and imposed a fine of 100,000.
According to the details, the District and Sessions Court heard the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case, Judge Humayun Dilawar gave a safe verdict in the Tosha Khana case.
The Sessions Court gave a safe verdict in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case, the court declared the application of the Election Commission admissible.
The court sentenced Chairman PTI to 3 years imprisonment and imposed a fine of one lakh rupees in the Tosha Khana case.
The Sessions Court said in the verdict that Chairman PTI was involved in corrupt practice, for non-payment of fine, he will be punished for another 6 months.
The court was directed to comply with the order of the IG Islamabad court and said that the accused had deliberately given false details to the Election Commission. The detailed decision of Judge Humayun Dilawar’s court will be released later.
