CSS Screening Test Syllabus Content Distribution – Advance Public Notice
Federal Public Service Commission FPSC announces Competitive Examination (CSS) 2022 Advance Public Notice.
There will be CSS screening test MCQ Based Preliminary Test (MPT) of 200 Marks.
MPT will be effective from CSS CE 2022.
Mandatory Qualifying Test for appearing in Main Written CSS CE 2022.
CSS Chance & screening test MCQs Based Test MPT
Appearance in MPT will not be counted as a chance.
Marks of CSS screening test MCQs Based Test MPT
MPT will comprise 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of One Mark each.
Negative Marking in css screening test MCQs Based Test MPT
No Negative Marking in CSS MCQs Based Test MPT.
Time Duration of CSS screening test MCQs Based Test MPT.
Time duration will be 200 Minutes.
Qualifying Score for CSS screening test MCQs Based Test MPT
Qualifying Threshold: Overall 33% Marks (66/200).
Answer key will be uploaded on the FPSC website on the same day after the conclusion of the Test. Candidates will be allowed to take a carbon copy of the answer sheet. MPT will be a knowledge-based test.
A score of MPT will be valid only for the same year’s CSS CE and will not be counted towards overall marks determining final merit position.
Last Date to Apply for CSS screening test 2022 MCQs Based Test MPT
Cut-off date to determine eligibility in terms of age, qualification, domicile, etc. is 15-12-2021.
Fee for CSS screening test MCQs Based Test MPT
The fee for MPT will be Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable).

Eligibility for CSS 2022:
All graduates having at least 2nd Division in Bachelor’s degree and between the age of twenty-one
to thirty years on the cut-off date 31st, December 2021 are eligible to apply.
Two Years Age Relaxation is admissible to the Categories Specified in CSS CE Rules 2019.

Except for MPT, there will be no change in the Main Written Examination Scheme and Syllabus of CSS Competitive Examination.
