Government Announced a Public Holiday on 1st May on the Occasion of Labour Day
The Government announced a Public Holiday on 1st May on the Occasion of Labour Day. According to the official notification No. SO ( CTC) ( SGA & CD) 3(27) /2009 issued by Services General Administration & Coordination Department Government of Sindh.
All offices , Autonomous , Semi Autonomous bodies , corporations and councils , public and private educational institutions under the administrative control of the SIndh Government will be closed on 1st May except essential services.

Other Provinces and Federal Government will also observe the Public Holiday on the occassion of the Labour Day however yet concerned authorities did not announced officially.
The copy of the notification is forwarded to Commissioners , Deputy Commissioners , Secretaries of the concerned departments and the Chairmens of the Governing bodies.
