Details of Management Trainee Officers Program 2021 by HBFC

Vacancies Details:

Education:

Masters Degree/ 4-years Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized/International University in the subjects of Business
Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science/Information
Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, Law, and Sociology.

CGPA: At least 60% marks where percentage system applies or 2.5 out of 4.0 (CGPA) or 3.5 out of 5.0 (CGPA) where GPA
the system is applicable.

Age:

25 years (Maximum) as of last date of submission of application. Age limit can be relaxed up to three years for
candidates from NA/FATA/GB, AJK and Balochistan.

Selection Criteria

The candidates shall go through a comprehensive selection process, which includes a written test followed by a panel interview. Final selection will depend on marks obtained in the written test and panel interview in order of merit.

Compensation

Selected candidates shall serve as Management Trainee Officers for a period of six (06) months at a market competitive stipend. After successful completion of training, MTOs will be offered regular employment in the Company as “Assistant Manager” (OG-2).

Place of Posting

Selected candidates may be posted at any HBFC office across the country.

Application Procedure

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are required to fill the online Application Form on the National Testing Services (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk), and download the filled out form along with Bank Deposit Slip from the website.

The candidates shall deposit the test fee as per guidelines provided on the NTS website.

The application form along with the original paid-up copy of the deposit slip shall be sent to NTS Headquarters, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. Please mark the envelope with the position title “MTO-2021.
