Punjab University Announces Summer Vacations Schedule 2023
An official notification has been issued from the University of the Punjab Academic Branch in relation to Summer Vacation 2023. According to the notification, the summer vacation will start on 26 June and until Friday 1st September 2023.
The notification stated that “The University teaching departments, Institutes, Centres, Constituent Colleges and Schools will remain closed for Summer Vacation from Monday 26th June to Friday 1 September 2023.”
The courses and examinations of the final semester of the BS program which is the 8th semester shall be completed before going on summer vacations.
However the teaching departments, centers, constituent colleges, and schools of the University under special needs/circumstances are allowed to conduct the classes/examinations by adjusting the summer vacation schedule on their own.
A copy of the notification is forwarded to the dean of faculties, principals of constituent colleges, director of institutes/centers, chairmans, resident officer -I, director of I.T. center, and private secretary to the registrar.
