School Timings Changed Across the Punjab Ahead of Winter Season
An official notification No. 4191/PA issued by the Punjab Education Department stated the revised timings of Schools in the upcoming winter season. All public and private schools in Punjab will follow the new schedule w.e.f 16 October 2023.
The following school timings will be observed during the winter season in all the public as well as privately managed schools in District Lahore and Punjab w.e.f 16-10-2023 to 14-04-2024.

Hence according to this notification, the new school timings for boys will be from 8 AM to 2:30 PM. Schools for girls will start from 8:15 AM and classes will end at 2:15 PM. Furthermore, the Punjab Government is considering a holiday every Wednesday in Lahore due to smog.
