Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (with a minimum of 16 years of education) in Engineering (Computer Software Systems, Telecommunication, or similar discipline), Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
