Class 4 Jobs 2022 in Punjab School Education Department – October 2022 Advertisement
Punjab School Education Department has announced the Class 4 Jobs for all districts in Punjab. Currently, Punjab School Education Department announced the recruitment policy for class 4 vacancies in schools.
These class 4 jobs are in all govt schools in Punjab. In these class 4 jobs, all vacancies are for BPS-1 to BPS-4. These scales are called class 4 scales. The total number of vacancies in advertisements is 6206.
All District Education Authorities will announce their own advertisements for class 4 vacancies in their districts. Parho Pakistan will update our readers about all district’s advertisements for class 4.
The Class 4 Jobs will be for Naib Qasid, C-IV, Sweeper, Mali, Chokidar, Lab Attendant LA, Bulawi, Sanitary Worker, Security Guard, Baildar, Waterman, and others.
There are more than 14000 vacancies which are vacant in all schools of Punjab as there is no recruitment done for class 4 vacancies since 1997. The reason for no recruitment is Local Political interference. If a local politician favor some candidates then he loses other his followers and voters, therefore, they prefer to cancel these jobs so that their voters can not pressurize them.
Secretary School Education Department Punjab wrote a letter to all CEOs of District Education Authorities to make the recruitment plan for class 4 jobs in Punjab.
In his letter he said that I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Competent Authority / Chief Minister, Punjab has allowed the recruitment against vacant posts of Non-Teaching Staff (BS-01 to BS-04) meant for initial recruitment, under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004, Recruitment Policy, 2022 and in accordance with Service Rules in vogue. A Break-up of the approved posts to be advertised is attached as given.
All Districts Class 4 Jobs Advertisements will be issued by the Chairperson, District Recruitment Committee (DRC) for recruitment against the posts of Non-Teaching Staff (BS-1 to BS-4) clearly indicating category-wise quota i.e. 3% for disabled persons, 5% for minorities, 15% for women, 20% for the children of serving / retired Government employees (BS-1 to BS-11) and general quota/ open merit.
