Assistant Private Secretary vacancies are for the Ministry of Housing & Works, Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication.

There are also APS vacancies in the National Security Division, Naval headquarters, Ministry of Defence, Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt. / Garrisons), Ministry of Defence.

APS more vacancies are in Directorate of Hajj, Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Federal Government Organization.

Prime Minister’s Office (Public) and Military Land & Cantonment Department Ministry of Defence have also vacancies of Assistant Private Secretary.

Pay Scale:- Pay Scale of Assistant Private Secretary is BPS-16.

Minimum Qualifications:- Graduation in any Field with Skills of Shorthand 100 word per minute & typing speed of 50 words per minute. Candidates should be computer literate.

AGE LIMIT:-

The minimum age should be 20 years and the maximum age should be 28+5=33 years plus five (5) years general relaxation in the upper age limit.

About Online Application for FPSC APS Jobs 2021: –

Online Application Process for FPSC is very simple. You don’t have to send documents to any address like NTS, PTS etc.

Just Download the Challan Form, Fill the Challan Form and submit it in any National Bank.

After Submission of Challan Visit the official Website of FPSC. Visit FPSC Website Now

On Official Website there is an option of Apply Online.

Click on Apply Online and fill the data as it asked.

After Completion of Data Filling Simply Apply Online and Submit Application.

After a 1 or 2 month you will get email and SMS for Initial Written Test of FPSC Job you applied.

You will be called for test in nearest city you chosen in Online Application.

After the Test FPSC will call Candidates for Interview according to merit and number of seats,

After Interview Final Recommendations List will be updated and candidates will be called for joining.

The Fee Structure is: –

• Rs 300 for BPS-16 & BPS-17.
• Rs 750 for BPS-18.
• RS-1200 for BPS-19.
• RS-1500 for BPS-20 and BPS-21 Posts).
