NA – 49 Attock -I Elections Result 2024 Tahir Sadiq
General Elections 2024 are scheduled on 8 February 2024. Several political parties are participating in this election. The famous parties include Pakistan Muslim League N, PPPP, JUI, TLP, MQM, PTI, and Jamat-e-Islami.
In National Assembly Constituency – 49 which is Attock -I, an interesting and close competition is expected. Sheikh Aftab Ahmed is a nominated candidate for PMLN with a strong vote bank. On the other hand, Major Tahir Sadiq who is PTI leader is running his election as an independent candidate.
After the Election Commission of Pakistan’s decision, Pakistan Tehreek Insaf is unable to contest elections with the electoral symbol “BAT”. This is the reason that all PTI leaders and nominated candidates are running as independents.
Other major party contestants are Khuram Shehzad from Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians and Hafiz Muhammad Hamid from Tehreek Labaik Pakistan TLP.
The electoral symbol of Major Tahir Sadiq is Sheep. Shaikh Aftab Ahmed’s symbol is the Tiger and Khurram Shehzad is Arrow.
