Sindh Govt Announces Winter Vacations for Colleges and Schools

According to the reports, Sindh Govt Announces Winter Vacations for Colleges and Schools in all Public and Private educational institutions across the province. According to the initial information, the winter holidays will start on 20 December 2022 and end on 01 January 2023 ( Sunday).

The winter vacation decision has been taken by the Education Department’s Steering Committee. The Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah stated that the decision has been made after consultation with the sub-committee.

Hence as Sindh Government did not issue an official notification for the winter holidays, so the dates can be slightly different but it is confirmed that all educational institutions will assume on 2nd January 2023.

Earlier this week Punjab Government also announced a winter vacation plan, and this time Government decided that winter vacation will be in two phases. According to the detail schools and colleges in Punjab will be closed for winter vacations in two different phases, from 23 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 and from 3 to 13 January 2023, respectively.
