Fatima Jinnah Women University FJWU Launches Digital Pakistan Fellowship Programme
Fatima Jinnah Women’s University FJWU Rawalpindi has launched Digital Pakistan Fellowship Programme for its students which will be helpful and enable the students to involve in tech-based innovation.
This Digital Pakistan Fellowship Programme is launched with the cooperation of Jazz, the Tech-Giant in Pakistan Jazz will equip the FJWU students with tech insights, enabling them to play a pivotable role in building a creative economy based on the digital Pakistan narrative.
Jazz is determined to introduce young talent with a digital Pakistan narrative, previously Jazz also partnered with the National University of Science and Technology NUST, and launched a similar fellowship programme for NUST students.
This programme will also provide exposure to understanding the nuances of tech journalism to participate students. In this regard, a ceremony was held at Fatima Jinnah Women’s University Rawalpindi and a Memorandum of Understanding MoU was signed between Jazz and FJWU.
During the signing ceremony, the CEO of Jazz Aamir Ibrahim said that positively impacting the lives and livelihoods of women is one of the major objectives at Jazz. He also stated that we always create venues for women’s development through such partnerships.
In addition, he also expressed that we want more women in Pakistan to participate in the tech-based discourse in the country.
